Rollover points?

Nope, the end of week one, and I have 11 points to spare.  I have been good all week, and I have this burning desire to eat all eleven points right this second.  Not because I am hungry (I'm not), but knowing they will go to waste triggers a familiar sensation that I get late night while watching TV and I am NOT snacking.  What triggers this emotion?  How do you control it?  I don't know, but hopefully I can learn along the way how to get it under control.

That being said, I am going to allow myself an evening desert worth 3 points, and I will wave bye-bye to the rest of those points.  Tomorrow is the big weigh in, so I will post again tomorrow!
